Work
Working at FCB, we made a KFC digital video that garnered national media attention from Good Morning America, The Today Show, Buzzfeed, and other media outlets. We brought the idea full circle by partnering with flower shops around the country to sell actual chicken corsage for prom season.
A social campaign series for KFC where they were interested in developing a lot of fun digital ideas. Incorporating KFC products into the "yoga-esque" language was a fun challenge, as they had specifics about what they wanted to promote. There were plans to release the videos as an in-store take home DVD.
The first of two KFC spots that ran through NBA Playoffs 2015. I was told this was the highest performing food service commercial during its run time. I played dual roles with this ad, working both behind and in-front of the camera. Directed by Ron Lazzeretti.
A sequel to the commercial above, we did a follow up for KFC’s 5 Dollar Fill Ups. Showing off two different rice bowls, this one also ran during a prime time sports playoff, I believe it was MLB. Directed by Ron Lazzeretti
One video from a series of social videos for KFC, centered around two guys as trophy heads. The scenarios were improvised, then later written in full. I also appear on camera in this one.
Another video from the series of social videos for KFC, centered around two guys as trophy heads.
In this social video, we were tasked to improvise sports-like commentary for an hour long video of two men in lounge chairs for Joe Boxer. The video was promoting Joe Boxers lounge wear through a humorous product we were releasing called an "Inactivity Tracker". A device that tracks your lack of movement. Directed by Tim Mason.
Again with FCB, we worked with the client to determine some humorous truths about appliance shopping. This Sears ad shows that internet reviews may not be the most trustworthy. One of three Sears TV spots released in 2016.
Directed by Ron Lazzeretti
Another TV spot for Sears Appliance. We had a lot of fun on set coming up with alternate out lines. Directed by Ron Lazzeretti.
Fiat was looking for something to show off how their The 500x crossover drives in the snow. Those dogs just can't believe how good it handles!
Something for the NBA all-star game to consider. Bud Light Lime was always looking for fun party ideas and games to show people having fun with their beer.
Cox cable was good about thinking outside the box when it came to humor. Here are some reoccurring characters we wrote for Cox cable. And yes, that is the guy from Stranger Things!
A radio commercial highlighting Cox Cable's new voice remote. The voice actors were delightful to work with.
Two different takes on a song I was asked to write for MilkBone. Everyone was onboard with the premise, and we took some swings at a few different approaches.
I have done some consulting and freelance work for Dose Media and OMG Facts. Everything from help develop segments for their Morning Talk show "Morning Dose", to helping with branded content such as the above video for Chevrolet.
Personal Projects
A music video for Joey and Tim's "Plot of Home Alone" Rap. (FYI: I'm Joey!) In addition to co writing the song, I also sing the verse, and edited the movie. You can watch all of Home Alone in 12 minutes!
PRINT WORK
A rather straight forward approach to toothpaste. An example of how (when necessary) I am capable of not humorous copy.
An unused piece of copy for DiGiorno. A last minute switch in product called for a switch in creative.

A gallery of Jimmy Johns copy for their “Freak Yeah” campaign.
Business Real Estate
While working at Core Twelve I worked on various projects writing emails, mailers, stage scripts, websites, novel descriptions, brochures, client presentations, brand guide lines, and more. While our clients ranged from NFL teams to luxury cars, the majority of the work was for business real estate - below is just a sampling of work.
